We have a very straightforward method for working our shipping costs out:

• £1 3.99 - Small Item- (up to an A6 padded envelope)
• £1 5.99 - Small Box - (e.g. 1 or 2 litres of Liquid or a few small items)
• £ 11.99 - Large Box - (Up to 10 Kg, includes very fragile items that require extra packing)
• FREE Delivery on all orders over £200!

Particularly bulky, heavy, or long items will carry a £25 surcharge for pallet delivery, look for the sign. We will deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands and to other "2 day" postal codes. Please contact us to arranged details prior to making an order. Very occasionally, the shipping formula we use may make a mistake; if you think this has happened email us and we will rectify it immediately

Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched that day for next day delivery. Occasionally, items can take up to 5 working days to arrive. In the unlikely event that we do not have something in stock and cannot get it to you quickly, we will contact you to tell you how long we estimate it to be and will offer you a full refund if you prefer.

30 Day Guarantee & Returns Policy

All orders can be cancelled prior to despatch, naturally the best way to be sure we receive your cancellation in time is to call us. If for any reason you are unhappy with any or all of the goods received, you can return any of them to Greenleaf Systems for an exchange or refund, providing each is returned to Greenleaf Systems within 30 days from the date of order or 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods (whichever is longer). You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. Greenleaf Systems recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Greenleaf Systems shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these terms, Greenleaf Systems only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
